Digital delivery

All School of Courses products are delivered digitally. No physical product is shipped at any stage. Course access is provided via our online learning platform.

Activation timeline

Course access is activated within 24 hours of payment confirmation. In most cases, access is available within 1-2 hours during business hours (09:00-18:00 CET, Monday to Friday). You will receive an email at the address provided at checkout with login instructions once access is activated.

What is delivered

• Video lessons: pre-recorded, available immediately after activation, accessible at any time.
• Written materials and exercises: available in the course dashboard for download.
• Course updates: automatically included. No action required on your part.
• Live sessions (add-on): scheduled via email within 2 business days of enrollment. Sessions take place via video call at a mutually agreed time.
• Digital certificate: issued automatically upon course completion. Available to download from your dashboard.

Access requirements

Course access requires a compatible device with a modern browser and a stable internet connection. Video content streams at standard definition by default. Course materials are not available for offline download unless a specific downloadable resource is provided within the course.

Problems with access

If you have not received access within 24 hours of payment, contact hello@schoolofcourses.com with your order reference. We resolve access issues within 4 business hours during business days.
