We offer a 14-day refund from the date of purchase on all course and bundle purchases, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content. This applies to all packages including Starter, Growth and Professional bundles.
Email hello@schoolofcourses.com within 14 days of purchase. Include your order reference number (available in your confirmation email) and a brief description of why the course did not meet your needs. We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
Refunds requested after 14 days from purchase, or where more than 20% of the course has been completed, are not available. If you have a specific quality concern about course content, contact us regardless of timeline. Legitimate quality issues are handled case by case.
Live tutoring sessions that have already been scheduled or completed are non-refundable. If a session was not delivered due to an issue on our side, a full refund or rescheduling is offered.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under Italian consumer protection law (Codice del Consumo, D.Lgs. 206/2005) or applicable EU directives on digital services.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will appear on the original payment method via Stripe.
