No prior AI experience is required for the Beginner courses (AI Fundamentals, Generative AI Tools, AI Content Studio). For Intermediate and Advanced courses, we recommend completing AI Fundamentals first or having at least 3 months of regular AI tool use. Each course page shows the recommended prerequisites.
Lifetime. Once you enroll, you have permanent access to all course materials, video lessons and downloadable resources. When we update a course with new content (which happens regularly as AI tools evolve), you get those updates at no extra cost.
We produce courses in both English and Italian. Each course page shows which language versions are available. Most courses are available in both. The course platform interface supports both languages and can be switched at any time.
A verified digital certificate issued by School of Courses. It includes your name, the course name, the completion date and a verification URL that can be independently checked. The certificate is designed to be shareable on LinkedIn and other professional profiles. The Verified Digital Certificate add-on upgrades to a more detailed version with transcript.
Yes. We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content. If you have a specific concern, contact us before the 14-day window closes and we will work to resolve it. See the full Refund Policy for details.
Yes. Enrolments include access to a private discussion area per course where students ask questions and share progress. The Community Forum add-on gives you access to the broader School of Courses community forum, which covers all courses and includes weekly discussion threads moderated by course instructors.
Live sessions are available as an add-on: Weekly Live Q&A gives you access to three months of weekly group video sessions where you can ask questions and see live demonstrations. For individual tutoring, the 1-on-1 Mentoring Pack provides three private video calls with a course instructor. Hourly tutoring can also be added through the custom package builder.
AI tools and models change quickly. We review each course quarterly and release updated modules when significant changes affect the tools or techniques taught. Major AI developments trigger ad hoc updates within 30 days. All students receive updates automatically with no additional payment required.
