2. Data collected

• Enrollment and contact forms: first and last name, email address, phone number and country of residence.
• Payment: card data is handled exclusively by Stripe Inc. We receive only a payment confirmation reference. No card data is stored on our systems.
• Technical data: IP address, browser information, pages visited and session duration via server logs.

3. Legal basis

We process data on the basis of: contract performance (to deliver purchased courses); legitimate interest (responding to enquiries, maintaining security); legal obligation (Italian and EU tax requirements); and consent (non-essential analytics cookies, which may be declined).

• Stripe Inc.: payment processing. Transfers outside the EU are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Course platform provider: for access management and video delivery.

6. Retention

Enrollment and contact data: 36 months from last interaction. Transaction records: 10 years as required by Italian fiscal law (D.P.R. 633/1972 and D.P.R. 600/1973). Data is securely deleted after retention periods expire.
